About Gaelle,
I’m Gaelle Mokoy, a marketing and branding coach and a multi-passionate woman who proudly wears many hats. With over 10 years of experience working across the public, private, and international development sectors, I bring a rare tri-sector perspective to business growth, one that bridges structure with strategy and purpose with performance.
But what truly defines my work isn’t just my professional background; it’s my lived experience. As a first-generation Congolese-British woman, I’ve learned what it means to navigate multiple identities while still choosing to lead, to show up, and to build. I’ve built businesses, yes, but I’ve also helped entrepreneurs rebuild belief systems around visibility, confidence, and owning their voice.
I’m not just here to tell people what to do. I’m here to help them become who they were always meant to be. That’s why I call myself both a strategist and a soul-led guide. Because real growth, the kind that lasts, isn’t just about marketing plans and messaging. It’s about alignment. It’s about boldness. It’s about building from the inside out.
My work is not surface-level. It’s transformational. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I work with coaches, consultants, creatives, and service-based entrepreneurs who find themselves in one of three key phases: launching and unsure how to position themselves, growing but frustrated by the lack of results, or pivoting after realising their current strategy no longer reflects who they are. My clients are values-driven, purpose-led, and ready to trade confusion for clarity and clarity for action.
