I help ADHD adults, especially late-diagnosed women, understand their brains and build lives that work with their wiring, not against it. Through Distinctive Minds Clinical, I combine 20 years of NHS mental health nursing experience with lived AuDHD experience to offer ADHD coaching, non-medical titration support, and practitioner training for coaches who want to work with neurodivergent clients.
Baiyina is a Registered Mental Health Nurse with 20 years of NHS experience and the founder of Distinctive Minds Clinical, a fully remote, Nurse-led practice. She is an ADHD Coach, ADHD UK Ambassador and trained ADHD assessor, with a particular focus on supporting late-diagnosed women.
Combining her clinical background with lived AuDHD experience, Baiyina developed the dual lens framework, a coaching approach that bridges clinical expertise with genuine lived understanding of neurodivergence. Through DMC, she offers ADHD coaching, non-medical titration coaching, wellbeing coaching, and Wired to Coach, a practitioner training programme for coaches working with ADHD and autistic clients.
She is also writing a memoir exploring her own journey with AuDHD, and is a member of the Julia Rausing Trust x Hatch Launchpad 2026 cohort. Baiyina is starting an MA in SEND education in September 2026, continuing her work to widen understanding and support for neurodivergent people.
