Biography
I am the founder of Change Perspective – a coaching and racial inclusion business.
Driven by a desire to see ‘more role models who look like me’, within senior leadership teams across businesses, I provide the following solutions:
INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMME:
A one to one bespoke coaching programme, designed to empower people of ethnicity to:
- unlock and embody the power of their difference
- see their full potential and step into it
- navigate the world of work as a person of ethnicity
SENIOR LEADERS PROGRAMME:
Facilitated group coaching with Senior business leaders & Executive leadership teams to help translate good intentions into action and ’turn the dial’ on racial inclusion. Delivered through experiential workshops, designed to expand perspective, foster open and honest dialogue and fuel leaders to accelerate meaningful change.
I am a Board level leader with expertise across Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Strategic HR, Cultural Change and Executive Search. I have worked with businesses of all sizes, across the public and private sectors.
I am a Certified Professional Coach, a Fellow Member of the CIPD and hold a BA Hons in Business Studies.
