At The Divergent Advantage, I help bring greater clarity and stability to divergent minds. Life with ADHD can feel fast, loud and full of competing demands. Many adults move between bursts of energy and periods of overwhelm, often feeling as though they “should” be coping better. I believe no one should have to navigate that alone.
My coaching offers calm, structure and steady support, helping you work with your mind rather than against it. I focus on practical, real-world strategies shaped around you—not simply your diagnosis. You bring your own story, strengths and values; my role is to honour them, create space for clarity and support you in making sustainable changes.”
I am the co‑founder of The Divergent Advantage ADHD Coaching and a neurodivergent ADHD coach, author, and former registered nurse. I am dedicated to helping individuals better understand their ADHD and create lives that work with their brains rather than against them.
My path into ADHD coaching is rooted in personal experience. I was diagnosed with ADHD while working as a nurse, a period that gave me firsthand insight into the challenges of navigating environments not built for neurodivergent minds. After leaving nursing due to chronic pain and burnout, I shifted my focus toward supporting others through writing, advocacy, and ADHD coaching.
My coaching style is supportive, practical, and entirely judgement‑free. I view ADHD not as a flaw to be corrected but as a unique way of thinking that brings both challenges and strengths. Through The Divergent Advantage ADHD Coaching, I help clients understand their brains, explore strategies that genuinely support them, and build systems that align with their neurodivergent needs.
In addition to her coaching work, I’m also a children’s author. My books aim to support young people as they grow, offering emotionally grounded, inclusive stories for both neurodivergent and neurotypical readers.
Across all my work, my mission is to help people feel understood, supported, and empowered to thrive.
