If you are on the hunt for an ADHD Coach to help you with your goals and overcome your challenges, we have some excellent support for you to access.

What is ADHD Coaching?

An ADHD Coach will support you with a range of things that ADHD clients normally have challenges with:

  • Chronic Procrastination & Task Initiation Difficulties
  • Overwhelm & Disorganisation (Physical & Mental)
  • Time Management & Chronic Lateness
  • Difficulty with Sustained Attention & Focus (on non-preferred tasks)
  • Emotional Dysregulation & Impulsivity (Emotional)
  • Follow-Through & Consistency Issues
  • Memory & Working Memory Challenges
  • Difficulty Prioritising & Decision-Making

Your coach will go through frameworks and techniques that will help you understand your ADHD and executive function challenges. They will work with you on the following 3 things.

1. Goal Setting – Getting excited and clear about what you want to do.
2. Removing any barriers or limiting beliefs holding you back.
3. Helping you to build a plan of action that is aligned with your ADHD

What is Access to Work?

Access to Work is a UK government-funded grant scheme designed to support people with physical or mental health conditions, disabilities, and neurodivergent profiles (like ADHD) to stay and thrive in the workplace.
Unlike many other benefits, Access to Work is not means-tested. It doesn’t matter how much you earn or have in savings; if you are in paid employment or self-employed, you are likely eligible for support.
For many professionals with ADHD, the biggest barriers aren’t physical—they are related to executive function, such as time management, organisation, and emotional regulation. Access to Work recognises this and can provide 100% funding for specialist ADHD coaching.
Key Fact: You do not need a formal medical diagnosis to apply. The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) focuses on how your ADHD symptoms impact your ability to do your job.

What people have said about our ADHD Coaches so far...

I really enjoyed my coaching session with Empress, I felt heard, accepted and understood. We were able to identify some shadow aspects in my mindset that I still need to work on and I felt uplifted and more motivated by the re-framing and exploration by the end of our session. I feel overall happy and positive and ready to create some new things with my superpowers identified. Thanks so Much Empress

My session with Veronica was cathartic and insightful. She was able to get to the root of my issue despite my rambling tangents and helped me to get the best out of our time. Highly recommended if you are reluctant to try coaching due to passed experiences.

My session with Ivy Rose helped me create a new map to deal with my struggles which felt doable, directly implementable and useful - I've been able to implement a lot of change already in less than one week

I found it very helpful to speak with Nichola today. She was very easy to speak to and showed warmth and empathy during our conversation. She took time to clarify my information and provided me with useful advice and guidance points and we made a plan for me to move forwards. It was good to talk to someone who understood my diagnosis.

I have completely lost my way with study. Craig helped me see why and put achievable steps in place to help me get back on track. After just 1 session I felt much more confident, having a clear path to follow, step by step instead of the mountain I was looking at before. I felt Craig really listened and understood my struggles. He had lots of ideas for me to try and I'm looking forward to putting them into practice.
