I help high achieving professionals to complement their technical know-how with the ability to build and maintain relationships and and take the next steps in their careers.
As a proven leader myself, I have worked in the professional space for almost two decades. Starting as an audit junior to holding various leadership positions. I have sat in numerous Management and Board meetings, made enough mistakes, and met and interacted with a diverse mix of people.
I use this experience to help people who are in this journey to avoid the mistakes I have made and benefit from the lessons I have learned.
I do this through both one-on-one and group sessions with the help of coaching interventions and occasional mentoring.
