I coach women to rediscover their authenticity and self-worth while transitioning through the challenging phase following the sudden breakdown of a long-term relationship. I specialise in supporting women who may have invested 5, 10, 15, or more years, in that relationship and who suddenly now find themselves betrayed, abandoned, and single.
Questions you may have are: How did this happen? What do I do? What does my future look like now? You may feel stuck and disorientated, overwhelmed, fragile and vulnerable.
